Aftermarket Fogs that fit OEM Bumper

I have a 2010 OR and would like to replace the fog lights with something much more powerful (if such a thing exists). I'd really like to get some of the 4/6 LED Cree lights from OKLED (http://okledlightbars.webs.com/apps/webstore/), but seeing those are square I don't think they'll fit without cutting.

Want: Much brighter fog lights
Do not want: Cutting of the bumper

Does anything like this exist? I've searched and cannot seem to really find any useful info.

You can put hids in the OEM housing. I think Slimcubby sells them on here.
