Looking to get some mild suspension travel

I'm new to the situation. I have an 2006 acces cab I'm looking to get more flex or travel if you could give me any ideas or advice it would be greatly appreciated

Hope this helps. Not sure how much off roading you do/are going to do. This should give you am idea of the different lift types and average range of pricing.

 

Longer shocks in the rear will give you more flex/travel out back. Up front you can upgrade your suspension and gain a little extra travel with some uni-ball upper control arms. A number of people remove their sway bar to allow the suspension to flex easier.
