won't need a jack. only couple of tools and a small bottle. pull correct drain plug (countless threads on people admitting to pulling the transmission plug).

No way.....not for me. I've read too many horror stories. I prefer synthetic oil so I'd have to buy my own oil anyway. The closest dealer is at least 20-30 minutes away, plus wait time...so that's at least 2 hours. I can do it myself for less hassle and know it's done right.

$0.89?!?!?! That's ridiculous!! I've only been charged once and they charged me $0.05/ea, the other times the parts guy just handed them to me with the filters.

Check out Ebay, I bought a pack of 10 filters with gaskets for $40 shipped.

Too late, already paid. $47 with the gaskets and shipping included is still pretty good. I paid $6 or $7 each for 2 of them last time I was at my local dealership.
