TRD Exhaust, Mobtown bolt on sliders and aluminum tailgate reinforcement, Reverse lights changed to yellow turn signals, LED pods added for reverse, ADD W1 oil catch can, Total Chaos bed reinforcement, rear diff breather to taillight mod, 12" combo led bars behind lower grill wired to high beams, Toyota led bed light kit, 400 watt anytime mod, SSO slimeline front bumper.
I had my TRD exhaust put on within the first 300 miles, so I didn't have a ton of experience with it stock. But I would totally do it again.

It isn't too loud at all. I think it makes the truck sound like it has an engine in it, as to the stock system seemed like I couldn't hear it at all. I have gotten compliments from people who aren't fans of loud exhausts as well as some people who like more of a rumble.

Sounds strange but for me it makes driving the manual transmission easier and more fun, as you can go by sound easier.

You will find plenty of information there.
Just a piece of advice, you may want to try using the search. 90% of the time someone else has had your question. Plus, a lot of members don't like repeating themselves over and over on the same question. Just for future reference :)

I bought mine on Amazon. Since I have an Amazon Prime membership ($80 for a year w/ free 2 day shipping on items labeled "Prime" and an instant video service similar to netflix), it was a great price in the end ($435). It took about 2 weeks for them to process and ship but then it was quick.
