    +1

One time, my interior, especially the gauge plastic, was caked with a layer of dirt and dust from driving around construction sites. So I decided to wipe everything down with a damp microfiber towel. A simple wipe put so many scratch marks on the gauge plastic. I didn't want to continue cleaning them, but it was either scratch the hell out of the plastic or have dirty, unreadable gauges. Big disappointment with the quality of plastic covering the gauges.

Below is what my gauges looked like when I started this thread, still have zero idea what caused it. I was thinking back and whatever it was must have been heat-activated. I know it wasn't like that a week ago and then we had a couple of 90+ degree days in a row and then I noticed it, and I haven't cleaned inside since last month at least.

I couldn't find either the Brillianze or the other brand mentioned so I ended up getting PlastX and trying it first on the radio face. It actually worked pretty well, gauges are clear. This plastic is pretty weak, I have never had this happen before on any of my other vehicles, and I've had some pretty crappy cars in the past.

I can take some later today after work but they are basically perfectly clear now.
