hi new member to tacomaworld... new to owning a tacoma just got mine in april of this year ... its an access cab 5 speed in white... ive been having a squeaky clutch since 4k ( it has 8k now ) ive stopped at multiple dealerships to address this problem the only remedy i got was to get it taken apart and lubricated... great that worked for a day then it went back to making noise... its really irritating and annoying , and unnaccaptable ... the dealer said that toyota has no remedy right now and im to drive my truck with the noise until they do...

does anyone have any clues wut i should do bout this ??

    thanks in advance

There was a TSB for the 6 speeds. Don't know if the assemblies are the same. I had it fixed under the TSB when I still had mine.

I have an appointment for t-sb-0186-12 which was originally tc004-06 for this same problem. It requires a new clutch master cylinder and clutch pedal sub-assembly. I actually had to take a video of the squeaking cause my truck only does it when it is warm out. I recommend getting this handled while it's still under warranty. This can be costly if you were to pay out of pocket. Good Luck with your dealer.

That's the problem the dealer won't do anything about... I have taken it in 3x now and all they can do for now is lubricate the pedal assembly ... That only works about a day then it's back to making noise ... According to the dealer toyota has no fix for the problem the best they can do is open a case and keep lubricating it...

If the dealer is going to lie about it, print out a copy of the TSB and show them. If they still won't help you out go somewhere else. BTW I had the same issue and just tightened the connecting rod and all has been well for years.
