I've got a 1998 Tacoma and when I turn the heater on it smells like antifreeze and fogs up the window. I suspect it could be a leaky heater core. I don't have any apparent leaks anywhere and the AC is fine. I'm curious with this year model if it's major work to replace the heater core if that's what it is. Also, I'm curious if the leak could be somewhere other than the heater core itself . . . or is there another solution besides replacing?

    Thanks,
    Jarrod

Heater core! Not sure as to how hard to swap but i no there is no other option than to replace it. From what this guy says it sucks ass!
