OK, what are your thoughts of taking a silver topper, and plasti-dipping it graphite gunmetal like the wheels (FN/Konig Six Shooter) on the truck?

Would it look cool and custom, or jacked up? I think plasti-dipping it white won't match Toyota's super white, and will just look like a dulled out topper.

That's what I'm thinking... I might could incorporate some white to blend in...or dip the grill and other parts to match topper. Thing is, I would be trading a nearly new Roll-N-Lock for it. Around here places want $800-$1000 to paint the topper white, I can buy the topper new for $1,500. I have the Roll-N-Lock up for sale, but not much traffic on it. I am waiting on one more paint quote, but I don't expect much less.

The white plasti-dip isn't a half bad match.
