Icon/TC Mid travel, TRD S/C, PNP Greddy EMU, 625cc injectors, 2.2 pulley, Hayden tranny cooler, AEM wideband, TRD boost gauge.
OP I made a mistake, I mean bought the truck at 140K. Engine management made it go from having to avoid boost at all times, to being able to enjoy it.

I know I'm late to the party but If I had to do it again I would do a good cat back exhaust, URD 7th injector, a boost gauge (so you can feel cool about the boost you make), and a tune on a dyno. An AFR is also a good idea but most people just have it as a reference and aren't going to adjust based on readings.

Just my 2 cents. I have had a supercharger since my truck was basically new and did my mods gradually. I only tuned it on a dyno recently and that only added a few ponies but was the largest improvement as far a drivability goes.
