********* difficulties?

Anyone else had problem with ********* lately?

I placed an order with them on August 29th, and I was billed right away. I have received no communication from them, no tracking number, and no package. I have emailed, tried their online chat (they're never online), and tried calling them at the number listed with paypal (which seems to be disconnected). I now have a dispute open with Paypal.

Anyone else had trouble with them? I know they have a good rep, which makes this all the more baffling. If something is out of stock, hey that's cool. Just tell me. Don't take my money and not speak to me for over two weeks.

Do a search on here for ********* and you can read the good and bad about them. Everyone has a story when it comes to customer service.

Personally, I won't do business with them. One of the sales reps tried to pull a fast one on me to score another 400$. I've ordered speaker mounts from them, almost every time they are incorrect size for the tweeter than what I ordered.

I know a few people who had great luck from them. Just hit or miss I guess.

Interesting. I ordered from them before, and had a perfect transaction.

I know that their stuff is a little more expensive than you need to spend, but I have more money than I have free time, and it is really nice to know that what you get will fit with no dinking around. If it saves me two hours work, or a week or driving around with a partially disassembled dashboard while I wait for something else I didn't think I needed, I come out ahead.

Of course, this assumes that I actually GET what I order. Grr.

I now have a tracking number, so all is good so far.

 

Just as long as you get your stuff. I ordered my stuff from Mr. Marv over a month ago and i’m still waiting. He charged my card right away too.

 

Got it all, no problem once he answered his email.

 

I am still waiting on my order from *********. I ordered front speakers, rear speakers, amp install kit, and adapters. I have only received 1 box with the front speakers, but I have not received anything further (a couple weeks). I have tried emailing and calling with no response. I can honestly say that I will never do business with ********* again because you get zero updates. I received one email reply prior to my purchase when I had a question, and that was it.
