Pretty good deal. I have the same from the same company, paid about the same if memory serves me correctly.

 

Seems like a decent price.
Where are you located?
I have in the past bought wheels and tires from TireRack. I find there prices good espicially if you get rims as they mount them and balance them for free. They do ship to Canada or if you live close to the border you can pick them up.
Another option is Costco as they have great repair/replacement policies and have free balancing and rotation for life.

Just some other options, although your price seems quite good.
