Just bought a Dremel rechargeable to grind the daughters bulldog nails. Been costing me about 12 bucks every few weeks for the folks at pet smart to do it and they are kind of hit and miss as far as doing a good job. so if anyone has any tips about this let me know. Hate to get the bully mad at me.

Start with lots of treats and just get him used to the noise at first. Then step up to one nail at a time. Best of luck, nail trimming is the worst when the doggie isn't up for it.

Treats and getting him used to it. I trim both of mine at home. They have gotten so used to they don't even hesitate around the dremel. One thing to keep in mind. Is keep it quick. The dremel will heat his nails us quick. So it make take more than once on each nail. Just give him a treat between nails then every other nail then one after all on one paw until he is used to it. If you have to go back and do it a second time in one sitting let his rest between until he used to it.
