Good evening. I have a 2013 Doublecab with a non-nav, non-entune, touchscreen radio. While using an iPhone 4S on IOS 6, or a BB Z10 I could transfer my contacts to the radio using bluetooth, and update automatically when I edited the phonebook.

The iPhone 5S I just got today will connect and make calls but will not transfer the contacts. I get an error message saying bluetooth must be off to transfer contacts.

How the heck am I going to get them over otherwise? Any ideas?

So, further to last pot, I did a restart on the phone, deleted the bluetooth connection from the radio, re-connected the phone and truck, and the contacts transferred.

    It's a miracle!

I almost posted something jokingly to you yesterday about turning it off and then back on again. But I didn't want to seem like a jerk. I guess it turns out that's part of what did the trick. Nice work and thanks for sharing your solution! And welcome to TW.

I know what you mean :)

I did the restart right away which by itself wasn't enough to correct the problem. The delete and re-ad of the Bluetooth connection after the restart seems like it did the trick.
