This weekend my brother (faryota) and I were working on out Tacoma's and came across a very interesting difference in our break master cylinders. He has a 2013 4x4 sport and I have the 2013 4x4 TRD with off road package. Both Tacomas were built in the same month and assembled at the same factory. When we looked we noticed that my master cylinder system was very much different than his. And when we drove them we noticed that my breaking was much more sensitive. I see from my specs that I have the Star Safety with break assist however it says that system is standard on all Tacoma's. So Why the big difference??
Anyone else know why these two breaking systems are so different??

Here is a picture of mine.
