Been enjoying the forums and excited to learn a lot about my new-to-me 2013 DCSB TRD - my first Taco :D

Random question that I couldn't find the answer to: put in some Weathertech mats and noticed that at the top of the front passenger side footwell, back up in there below the glove box, there is exposed wiring and such... This is my first Taco and just wondering if there is supposed to be a panel covering the wiring and guts or is it supposed to be open?

    Thanks.

Open. And if your heater fan starts chirping, that's where you go to unbolt it from the vehicle.
