Flushed 5-speed manual transmission and transfer case today on my 2011. Used Redline MT90 GL4. Took it for a spin around the neighborhood and it shifted nicely. As nice as the factory fill did when it was hot. And this was cold. So we'll see this January how it does. But so far I am pleased.

The Redline looked more like ATF than gear lube. It was a rose color, like this cheap shite -wine my wife drinks.

Old oils on both were very clean. Neither drain plug had a magnet so I can't report on any metal particles.

One guy laughed at me last weekend when I said it took me 1/2 day for my differentials. But that included drain time. I let each drain for an hour, and goofed off. Same thing today. I started at noon and finished at 4.

I bought a Plews 55001 fluid pump on Amazon. It came in very handy. Glad I had it.
