Not being a a-hole but to be honest........what ever someone is willing to pay for it. Gotta leave out the memories you had with it. It sucks selling a truck because what you see its worth is very different between another person.

Im sure you did most of the work yourself and you wont take kindly of someone saying it worth "X" amount of dollars.

I'm thinking $8K USD would be a good (but high) starting point. You have high miles, but the new/rebuilt parts, Dakars, Coilovers, and Bumpers should help the sell.

    Bone stock. For now.
If you brought it to Arkansas you could probably get close to 10k for it. They go for insane prices here!

It may do better out here in Cali where the desert scene is big and Tacomas right now are going for about $800 over book if in really clean condition with no hits on Carfax. Keep in mind that any accessories that you put on it will essentially be worthless or about half of new to someone who knows what they are buying.

This is true, partially due to them not being brand new anymore bc they've been driven on but more likely to the potential buyer wanting a good/great deal. As a salesman by nature, I'd build a lot of worth in the part upgrades & wait for a real enthusiast buyer & not some kid with Dad's money itching to flip it his first time @ Cleghorn. IF you do sell her, hold out for what you want for it. Hell, I sold an 03 SALVAGED WRX w/ mods for over $14K. Took a bit longer than expected but I was happy & so was the new owner. My point is, if you want the price you have in your mind, chances are you are going to wait it out for a bit longer but you def feel better giving your truck to a knowledgeable buyer & not the youngster
