'13 4x4 TRD Offroad

I just bought a '13 Taco with non-jbl setup. The bluetooth streaming works great but I've noticed that the sound is no where near as loud as FM radio, USB audio, or previous bluetooth streaming audio when I had the '11 4runner. I did put pandora on the highest quality setting and maximize the volume on the phone. I tried to search the forum but came up empty. Anyone has this issue? Btw, I just replaced the front tweeters with some hertz and they make a huge difference in clarity.
