    Hey everyone!

A few weeks ago I purchased a 2007 Tacoma (double cab, short box, 4x4, 6 speed manual) on a line of credit. Not to worry, I crunched numbers and will have everything paid off by next fall! And yes, I am sad that I couldn't afford the TRD or TRD Sport... But I think this should be more then enough for someone my age to work with. It has a couple things done to it already that seperates it from being entirely stock, like cold air intake, 2" leveling kit (don't worry, as soon as I'm in the money again I'll be getting rid of this POS and do a proper lift), BF Goodrich All Terrains and an aftermarket JVC deck.

Anyways, I look forward to learning lot's from all the helpful resources and people on this site!

And don't worry, my truck isn't TRD either. You have a lot of potential with any trim. Don't worry you didn't get a TRD. I actually had a TRD before mine.

great find Kasbien, 6spd Manuals are not that common. and welcome. The items i find of value on the TRD Sport model are improved front seats, a limited slip diff, and the fog lights; all items you can easily improve on as funds allow for a better than TRD solution, so you've done good saving on the TRD markup.

Good to know. And it looks like you already proved that with your own truck after checking out your build thread. Very nice! :)

Yeah in my search I only came across this one and one other in the V6 department. The other was a bright red but was R status and had a fairly rusted chasis. I guess you're right, I'm not so bad off after all. I'm already dieing to put in some fog lights after seeing what people have on here!
