    Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
    Screw contacting customer service. Those script-readers are more annoying than anything else.

    Go to the source - pester Mike Sweers (chief engineer for Tacoma and Tundra)
    PM ME for his e-mail.

    You probably get a secretary, but that's a few steps better than a bored CS rep in a call center.

    I'm sure he loves having his email posted in a public forum. I think posting his email is a dick move on your part. You should remove it asap in my opinion.
