Thanks for checking out my post and for the words of encouragement.
Like many, I've grown really attached to my truck so it'll be tough letting her go. Sometimes I look back and wish I opted for a double cab from the start, that way we could accommodate things like a rear-facing baby car seat more easily. Still, my memories with her are something I don't think I'd ever want to change.
Hopefully she'll get a good home.

 

I officially bade farewell to my Tacoma last week. It was a moment of mixed emotions as I kept feeling I left something behind with her and at the same time walked away with knowing she got a new home.

Patience really proved to be a virtue. I was tempted to stop by Carmax as the month drew to a close, but looking at my newborn I stood fast and held out. Finally, a lady who wished to gift her son a truck came to my rescue.
