Price Thoughts 2011 4WD 4-DR

I test drove a a 2011 4 dr 4wd automatic v6 with about 16000 miles on it. The carfax say the blower motor was replaced at about 10,000 miles. I did not notice anything else wrong with it. I got them down to $5k down and $400 payments for 5 years. Sound Fair? Should I be concerned that the blower motor was replaced, does that indicate there are other issues. Also there was more rust than I would expect for a vehicle with 16000 miles.
