Its actually just an SR5 from what I can tell. I think the "TEXAS EDITION" just means it came with tires, rims, and the handsfree and bluetooth capabilities plus the Texas Edition floor matts and emblems. The floor matts have been replaced with Redhead camo matts and seat covers. It is hunting season after all!!! I got it in Dallas. The only "mods" I've done, if you can call them that, is replace the factory antenna with an arrow and replace the factory shifter knob with a big bullet that says "Protected by Smith and Wesson".

Which tires are on your truck? It's fuzzy.

BTW - Maybe it was intentional, but your description line says, "Tocoma", instead of, "Tacoma." Is that some sort of joke that I am missing?

That is an interesting color, is that orange or red? Looks red but then looks orange where the lights are hitting it.

Nice ride! Just got mine earlier this month as well...I've waited and saved for a long time before getting my first truck and it is a Taco...I still can't believe I have it. Have fun modding her out as it appears you are already doing so...lol...:headbang:

It's a dark red. Being from Arkansas I call it Razorback Red, not that that's something to be proud of right now. Also, being from Arkansas is prolly why I can't spell correctly!!! Yeah, they are BFG rugged terrains. Oh yeah, it also has XM and the back up camera. Pretty nice for when I'm hooking up to my trailer to haul my other baby!!!!

I posted all of this in the "Barcelona Red" thread but here's some updates!
Okay, so I've had my Taco just over a year and finally got around to doing some mods. It WAS a 2012 Texas Edition. I've seen another just like it in this thread. So far I've only done some of the "budget" mods but here's what I've done...

    Removed Texas Edition badges
Painted badges and added realtree badges
    Removed running boards
Derped chrome grille surround and back bumper
    Painted grille badge
Did third brake light "Taco" mod
    Camo seat covers
    "Bullet" shifter

I'm not real crazy about the third brake light mod so I'll prolly change that. Next on the list is a lift and some new shoes!!!:D
