Engine miss while idling...

    I have a 2013 RC 4x2 automatic with 920 miles and while in the McDonalds drive-thru last night, I noticed that my engine has a miss/shutter while idling. It also has a rough idle while sitting at a stop light in drive. When I take it out of drive, it smooths out. Should I take it in or will it eventually go away after the truck breaks in?
