2012 DCSB dash rattle

    Took truck to dealer yesterday for 4th time about rattle coming from center of dash.Service manager said he couldn't ever hear it and couldn't search for mystery sounds but there is a TSB for a clip that rattles.
    The sound has worsened and more frequent so I called and said I wanted fixed and he may have to drive somewhere than the newly paved road in front of dealership! He heard the sound and now 2 days later they've had my truck apart 6-7 times taken other parts off of shifter something that rattled after they put it back together and is still not fixed! My question is has anyone else had this problem with a successful fix and what was it so I can let them know.
