Its either out of round tires or out of round rims. I have a 2010 tacoma that I bought with 10700 miles that has the same issue, 2 different sets of tires, and still vibration. After 8 balances at 4 different shops, this is my conclusion. On a balancer the tire bounces around and has a noticeable hop. Start at the rims on a spin balancer and look for imperfections and wobble or out of round from the center. Then mount the tire on a good rim. If it wobbles, then your tire is out of round, defective, or improperly installed and damaged. Good Luck!
