My 2011 has 57k miles on it, and the last time I was at the dealership they told me it was close to time for a tune-up. I've done a tuneup on every vehicle I've ever owned except this one, so I am fairly certain I won't f**k things up too much. My question is, what all will I need? And do you guys have recommendations on what brands to buy?

    I know I will need:

    plugs
    plug wires
air filters (may take the time to do the washable filter mod finally)
    oil filter

    What am I missing?

    Gear oil for the diff.

I'd look into the trans fluid being flushed or at least drain and fill.... I know Toyota said lifetime, then 100k. Why push it tho?
At 60k I had the trans serviced and the coolant. Everything else I did... I just wanted those two items documented by Toyota themselves.

It should be noted that the last vehicle I did a full tune up on was a 1999 Dodge Dakota, so... needless to say there have been some significant advancements with truck engines since that one was built. LOL
