I decided to upgrade my stereo system. I kept my factory 2012 radio (non entune, non JBL) and used an bit ten audio processor, amp etc.

everything works perfectly with exception to bluetooth voice audio. My steering wheel controls work fine, the command info correctly displays on the radio, however no phone call audio and/or the woman voice that follows the steering wheel commands.

I tapped into the factory radio's speaker outputs for the signal, so i thought everything would work just fine. The bluetooth music works fine just not phone calls...

Is there an additional output to the speakers for bluetooth voice audio?? can someone help me here to get this working.
