Help on Pricing!! 2010 SWB TRD Off Road

I need help pricing a 2010 SWB Tacoma Pre-Runner TRD-Off-roadwith approximately 71,000 miles. The truck has a couple of minor dings on thetruck and one ding on the rear bumper. I have a co-worker wanting to buy mytruck but I don’t know how much to ask for, so I need so help from TW. I willpost pictures after work when I get home for reference. I have looked on KBBand NADA and both gives me some numbers but they are quite different in amount.Which one would you really trust ‘KBB or NADA” and which one would the bank usefor their reference? I don’t want to screw my buddy over and I also don’t wantto give it away. Truck is paid for if that would make a difference. Anyassistance will be greatly helpful.
