    Okay, now I'm really confused!

I custom ordered a 2013 Quad-cab Tacoma with the Off Road package, adding the TRD exhaust, short-throw and a few other goodies. (Had to wait all summer for the damn thing too!) I didn't even think about the stereo but just assumed for the price (Off Road alone was like $4,100) I was paying it would have been the top of the line, but now I'm beginning to wonder.

Below is a pic of my dash and stereo which says nothing about JBL, nor do I have satellite or apps. I also threw in a pic of the window sticker.

Am I missing something here? According to Toyota's site where I built and spec'd it back in May, the full Entune package should be included in the Off Road package.

Great, so if you don't tell the dealer explicitly that you want it or you're hosed? I figured since it was one of the options listed under the Off Road Extra Value package that I was getting it...

I learned from my sales person that the website is wrong on quite a few things. I hope you weren't expecting Homelink too, as the website said.

No, your truck does not have the JBL system. Yes, the website said it would. If you go to the website and "build" the 2014 right now, it says JBL as well. I emailed Toyota Corporate... they don't give a crap.

Edit: I've posted a screenshot of the 2013 Off Road Package (Here). It does not state Entune/JBL, but does state Homelink; that's why I brought it up.

I took delivery the first week of September (Sept. 6th I believe). They were dicks about ordering the wrong model (Sport) and delaying it another few months, knocking a whopping $200 off. I dunno, do you think it's worth it?

Maybe going through Southeast Toyota to build a Tacoma is different but when I looked at packages for my 2013 I never saw butt about JBL/Entune being included with TRD-OR. I built it on both the Toyota and USAA site November of last year and it specifically had Entune separate.

I even went to build one now and all the Entune packages are listed under options as extra packages to add on (Entune Plus, Entune Premium and Nav, etc.). But you have to understand that Entune comes standard on all 14 TRD's now, so it IS included now, NOT for 2013 models as stated previously.

And your window sticker doesn't say anything about including JBL/Entune either.

I highly doubt your dealer will do anything about it.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.

    Hey all,
I'm brand new to the forums, and I have been doing lots of research on the tacomas. I was trying to get a year end 2013, but didn't get it, but now waiting for my Double Cab Long bed 4x4 TRD Sport for 2014.
For the 2013 in order to get the JBL system with the sub, you had to have ordered the optional EJ package.
For 2014 there are 4 levels of Entune now, 3 of which are offered with the tacoma. There is the standard Entune with Apps and no Nav, the Premium Entune with Nav (EE package), and the top of the line Premium JBL with sub/nav (EN package)
One dealer tried to jerk me around saying that it has the upgraded speakers, but when he sent me the spec sheet, it was just the EE. I specifically ordered the EN package with my TRD sport from another dealer, which i'm getting for CHEAper than the one with just the EE from the original dealer.
Watch out these guys know less than the website. Once I get it next month, can't wait to add some basic goodies.
