I'm really confused... Is there a difference in the eibach coil overs and buying 5100s and coils seperate? Bc there is a 200$ diff in price... What am I missing?!

Only difference is the coil overs have a collar that is adjustable with a spanner wrench, on a threaded sleeve, which may be able to be done while on the truck. The 5100 s only have 3 adjustment locations, which must be set prior to the installation of the spring. also If you are using anything other than the stock spring with 5100s, they must be on the lowest setting, so they can't be adjusted. Only way to adjust the ride height with after market springs is getting different length/ spring rate

Shocks are the same though iirc.

As a matter of fact take a look at Toytecs website, you can add the coilover kit to a regular 5100:

    http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Adjustable-Front-Coil-Over-Kit-for-Bilstein-Shocks_p_360.html

Or you can have the adjustable coilover for $20 more than the regular 5100/ eibach (assembled) combo if you assemble yourself:

    5100/ eibach: 599 http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/ToytecBilstein-height-adjustable-coilovers_p_363.html

    5100 "coilover" not assembled: 619: http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Front-adjustable-coil-over-kit-with-Bilstein-5100s_p_325.html

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
    I think my 5100's have 4 rings?

Makes sense, i also had one set on a runner and one on a taco so i could be confused.. But it think they are identical, and if not i took the ones off the taco and put them on the runner to replace the shot ones in the runner. All is well :)

Should be the same as the 5100/ eibachs. Same shock, same spring. Only reason to get the coilover would be to add preload to account for bumper/ skids/ etc.. However, this may result in a harsher ride since you are adding preload to account for instead of proper coil length/ spring rate. I have no experience with the 2nd gen setup, but if both were on the lowest setting they should ride exactly the same since it's the same shock and spring. Just a different way of mounting/ adjusting the spring preload between the two.
