Feeler: exhaust manifolds off 2009 tacoma

I have both exhaust manifolds off a 2009 tacoma 4.0 v6 with only 27,000 miles that I installed some long tube headers on yesterday. I am thinking about either selling or scraping them. I figured I would put them here first to see if there is any interest. They are both good catalytic converters on them, but 1 has a broken stud which can be easily drilled and replaced with a nut and bolt.

So here's what I'm thinking $300 for both or $200 each. Let me know if there is any interest in them. Thanks guys!

 

So after receiving a very low ball offer I decided to check with my parts department. These manifolds go for $760 brand new (at my dealership). I think my asking price is more than fair and would much rather scrap them than to accept a low ball offer.

So again:

$300 + shipping for both
Or
$200 + shipping each

These are good manifolds/cats that were only replaced to install long tube headers.

The title states they are off a 2009... but in your profile description you have a 2008?

So who's truck are they off of? You should probably explain that...

 

Why should I have to explain that? I have given all the details of the vehicle they came off of and supplied pictures of the manifolds. My user name should be explanation enough. I am pretty sure my OP has got plenty of information that is needed to sell these. If there is a problem with my post please feel free to ask a mod to chime in.

Ah I see... so you installed some LTs on someone's truck and kept the manifolds to make some extra profit?

... and yes you should explain where they came from, nobody wants to buy stolen parts.

 

no you don't really have have to explain where everything comes from, and i'm sure they are def not stolen, think you're making this into a bigger deal than it is

 

I could understand the whole "stolen" idea if I were selling the lower cats, but it's pretty difficult to steal the manifolds off someone's truck.

And yes, as my OP states, I installed them on another members truck. He didn't want the old ones. I told him I would just scrap them but thought this might be another option. If they don't sell by Friday, they go to the scrap yard.

These are going to the scrap yard tomorrow if no one claims them.

 

Good luck man, I tired to sell mine for like a year with no luck. Just scrapped them and the original Y-pipe last week....didn't get much for them at the yard

 

That's why this wasn't too big of a deal to me, hopefully someone buys them, but if not, our scrap pays pretty good. I have to make the trip to the yard either way.
