    I'm having a hard getting a return phone call from this guy.. WTH!!! Has anyone ever had a problem with this guy before. Customer service GOOD or BAD!!! Just a bit frustrated as I saw other posts raving about this guy.. Should I be concerned to business with this guy!!!:(:(

    Not sure he's going to want your business after publicly trashing him in 3 different threads, 2 of which were created by you to scare people from his shop.

    Probably best to move on, find another shop, and next time...have a little bit more patience. While providing exceptional customer service should be the biggest goal of any shop, things pile up and returning phone calls isn't always the most pressing matter at hand.
