How to find out options with a VIN number

    I;m looking to purchase a 2010 to 2013 taco access cab V6 automatic soon. But I'm noticing a lot a of ads only list some of the options but do give the VIN number of the truck. With out calling the dealer, does anybody know if there is a way to find out the options on a truck with the VIN number?
