'93 22RE 4X4

Looking at buying a 2001-2004 Double Cab 4X4 in the Seattle area. Found a private party 2001 Dbl Cab 4X4 TRD from MN in my area that seems like a good price, but there is some surface rust on the undercarriage and in the engine bay. Snapped a few quick pics while I was looking at it and hoping I could get an opinion if I should steer clear or shrug it off. My current '93 Single Cab 4X4 has less rust. Everything else in the area is about %20 more expensive with the same mileage. Thanks in advance!
