Hi everyone- I just (well, hubby and I) just installed Clazzios on my '13 double cab. I don't think my neck, shoulders and fingers will ever be the same!

Anyway, I hated the way the back of the driver's seat bulges out when you have to fold that hard plastic part of the original seat cover up and under the clazzio- how the curved part kind of pokes out? So I cut a piece of cardboard to fit the back of the seat and slid that up between the hard plastic and the clazzio and now it looks nice and smooth- no bulges!

BUT- how the HECK do you get that plastic seatbelt guide thingie on the top of the back seat to snap back into place? Anyone? I searched and searched and all I found was somebody who had to remove the back of their back seat to put the thing back into place- impossible if you have the clazzio seat covers on.

How did you all get that darn thing to snap back in? Right now it's just kind of sitting there loose on top of the seat. :( I'm really hating that.

Yep I just did that yesterday. I could not get the velcro from the bottom of the seat back to attach to the back of the seat back after you get that plastic thing shoved up underneath. I just couldn't stretch them enough. So I cheated, the heck with the plastic thingie. --- I bought some s clips at the hardware store then connected them to the elastic straps of the new seat covers, pulled them tight and connected the other end of the s clip to the bottom of the seat. You can't see what you are doing and will probably have to do it by feel but find something solid on the bottom of the seat you can attach it to. I have one more seat to go and I am done. I will then probably try to find a way to repair my body, my shoulders, elbows, forearms, thumbs and fingers. I did one seat per day. I am 65 and things hurt more than they used to, so this has been a real challenge. The payoff is when several of my friends looked inside and said how much they liked the leather interior.;). If you have a question pm me. By the way thanks for the tip but I must admit there is no way I am going to undo what I have done. My hands just can't take the beating. Tough but really nice seat covers.
