How do you take off headlamps on a '12/'13 Taco?

    '13 Taco DC 4WD V6 LTD
    Today I tried changing the parking lamp bulb with a VLED and the damn thing came out of the socket and fell into the headlamp assembly. I have read threads to do the BHLM, but that was for pre-'12 models (before Toyota changed the grill and headlamp style). Is taking off the headlamps the same as the '10 style or is there another method? Any help GREATLY appreciated.
