Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
OK, so i just updated, and changed this.

I am trying to decide on some things. Let me know what you guys think.

Eclipse AVN-726e (have it) or stock deck
    1 MTX 9500 12" dual 4 ohm 1000w rms (have it)
new single boxe tuned properly (will have to have it built)
Xtant X1001 Class D (trying to find one)
    ^upgrade modules for Xtant
    Hertz components (need to get)
older high end 2 channel amps x2 (have a few, just have to pick the right ones)
    kinetic HC2400 (have)
    upgrade the "big 3"

What do any of you know, or have experience here?

Old xtant, specifically the X1001 is a Monster ($1200 in its time) rated (actually rated) at 1000w @ 2 ohm (4 ohm coil x 2 in parallel)

MTX 9500, i really like them.. and i already have them, so i will use one. Maybe someday go back to JLw7 but was not extremely impressed with thier reliability

Originally I was thi thinking about mounting an ipad mini for Nav, Tunein radio, etc via Bluetooth. But the more I think about it I think I'll just get a Garmin & use the iPhone for music.

I used to have a garmin. I used google navigation now on my cell phone (android) and ill never look back, although i really liked the 3d navigation in my Eclipse AVN726e back when i bought it. Maps are all outdated now im sure.

In the vendor section there is a really cool mount for an ipad or any other accesory if you do decide to go that route.

Try doing a pioneer double din deck and a couple Rockfordfosgate sub's and amps plus some good woofers and tweeters and you should be good
