Hey guys in a pickle.. I've been wanting to get some lights but not sure if I should go for an LED light bar or round halogen or LED lights mounted behind the grill. What do you guys think

I've been leaning more toward led bar, but I like how the round housing looks behind the grill lol

Get an nfab and do both. Hellas behind the grille and light bar out front. I am running two hid converted hellas on the front and in a few days will have my 20" light in between them.

This is what I had on my PreRunner before I traded it in last week. N-Fab Light Bar with 4 PIAA 520 lights. Light output was great.

I just ordered a N-Fab Bar that is supposed to be here tomorrow for my 2013 and I am going to mount a LED Bar on it this time around. I'm waiting until it arrives before deciding on what length. Either a 20" with 2 pods on the outside or a 30" for the length of the bar. I realize that theft and light protection are a concern with mounting it outside the truck but I just like how it looks on a light bar rather than behind the grill or in the valance (personal preference). I'll try to figure out a way to lock it.

This is the look I'm going for. Just can't decide on a 20 or 30" bar yet. I'm leaning towards a 30" though.

I have done halogen, and they weren't that bright for the wattage, then I did the HID conversion and they were brighter, but if your going to be using them on the road at all, the whole on and off thing for HID is not the way to go.

I have an LED bar that has the same light output as the HID's with less draw, so when I get that installed, ill let you know.

Could always get round LED lights too.
