Clearcoat resistant to scratches

I'm leasing a 2012 model (all factory trd off road) and the scariest thing when I go off road is paint scratches. Is bugging me really - really bad to a point of regret getting a new car.
Is there a scratch resistant clear coat? Or anything to do other than stay home?

 

Nothing will stop it from being scratched. Unless you have it wrapped in 3M chip guard, or another wrap. It's about $2000.00 to have it wrapped in clear guard.

 

I've scratched my 13' up pretty bad but I found a cheaper solution than spending $2000. It's 3M's Paint Defender. It's roughly $25 a can. Research it and maybe it'll make you feel more comfortable about driving it off road. I plan on waxing my truck and then applying it this weekend.

 

If you are that scared, maybe you shouldnt wheel it! you will get scraches from vegetation on tight trails….

 

I wouldn't spend the $2000 myself. I bought a 2001 Cherokee for $2600 with 3" lift to beat up on trails.

doubleroses, let us know how the 3M defender works out. Read about it, very curious on how well it works

I was looking at that stuff too but decided against it after reading a few online reviews. They all noted it was a PIA to remove and it only lasts about 1 year.
