Lots of info below so maybe I can get some suggestions on why my truck is still pulling to the right.

    2005 SR5 DCSB
    4.0L V6
    245/75/R16
Michelin LTX AT2 with about 5K miles on them.

Stock Suspension (sorta) - Had the TSB done in 2010 and the dealership replaced the entire setup with Hilux suspension (at least that's what they told me).

Just had the tires balanced and rotated at Discount because there was a bit of a shimmy in the steering wheel and it wandered a bit. I also felt it was pulling to the right just a hair. I'm a little neurotic about that stuff, so I made sure (to the best of my abilities) that it really was pulling and not just drifting due to road crown.

Balance/Rotate eliminated the shimmy, not so much the wandering, and it still pulled. Discount set the PSI to 29 all around.

Had an alignment done and requested targets of 0/0/2.5 for Toe/Camber/Caster respectively. The shop damn near nailed the targets with just a little positive camber (0.51*) on the LR wheel. That seemed to eliminate the wandering.

Still feels like it's pulling. For clarification when the steering wheel is centered the ride is straight, when I let go, the steering wheel just barely steers right and the truck follows.

Just for kicks I went to the carwash this morning and gave the wheels/brakes/wells a good power washing to make sure debris wasn't a contributing factor. We'll see if that makes a difference.

Anything else I should be taking into consideration?
New tires have uneven wear maybe?

    Thanks

:notsure: Is the road flat or does it have down grade to the outside to allow for drainage? This can cause the vehicle to drift towards the "downside" and require a slight steering correct to maintain a straight line.

Yeah I try to recognize when that's the case.

What I will usually try to do is get on the freeway and get in the left lane so the grade is in the opposite direction. At least that way I can try to verify I'm not making it up in my head.

For now it seems that it's pulling to the right, even when I do that.

I'm going to give it a day or so to see if I'm just being a head case or it's still real.

A dragging brake on the right side could cause the pulling.
Check the wheels after a long-ish drive, and see if one of them
    is hotter than the others.

^ Good idea. I certainly hope not. Just had the dealership do a LOF and they told me my front brakes were due to be swapped out. Gonna take care of that myself in a couple of weeks as they are at the top of the bottom end and still have at least that long to go. I'm going to check cold tire pressure as I think I need to bump the PSI up about 5. I might have Discount re-balance them as well, just to see.

Just got back from having the wheels rebalanced and fronts swapped side to side.

Wheels were off (I was told) by about 0.5oz each. Not much.

I happened to watch the techs at Discount while they did the work and was dismayed to see they were not going to swap the front wheels, even though the work order said to. At least I was there to catch it.

Took it for a test drive on the freeway and it seems better. I'll have to give it some time.

By the way, I left out that the thrust angle from the alignment was 0.04*, practically nothing.

Some tread patterns will actually pull one way or the other. My truck always pulled slightly to the left, even after alignments, but after putting new tires on with a different tread it pulls ever so slightly to the right.

    Hope this helps
