Tinted Windows, Removed Mud Flaps, New rear speakers, Bilstein 5100 Leveling Kit, 17" MB TKO Wheels, 285/70 R17 Terra Grappler Tires,
OK My Extreme apologies!! My Bilsteins are set at 2" NOT 2.5". Either way I do not get any rubbing with my 285s unless I'm at full lock while breaking hard and my suspension is compressed. Like when I pull into my driveway too fast at a sharp angle. Maxing out the 5100s should solve this problem but it really isn't that big of a deal to me. I was off road last weekend in 4 wheel drive and never heard any rubbing at all.
In my research I learned it is all about the offset of your wheels that make the difference. With the -6 offset (or 4.5 backspace) the tire is pushed out enough to clear. Note that i did take off all the factory mud flaps but didnt do any trimming or cutting, stock UCAs and no cab chop. Now that is with Terra Grapplers, if you go with a more aggressive tred then that will change things up a bit.

The pictures show the normal driving clearance (3" to front fender 2" to the back)
Second pic is at full lock from under front of fender. Only about 1/2" clearance there.

I'm running a 9" wheel with -12 offset, I think with a 0 offset it would be fine, specially with a 7" factory wheel.

first off,the truck looks great....the 5100's go from stock to .85,1.75,2.5,you're probably at 1.75....those are the hights you have to select from..at 2.5 you're at max on the billies.the fact that you didn't need aftermarket uca's is a real plus for you, some installations will require them.i also toyed with the idea of 285/70/17,but like you, after searching around for proper fit with out rubbing,i opted to stay with the stock size rubber(265-65-17) on 17 x 8 procomp 7105's(4.5 bs-0 offset).my truck(2010 trd 4dr,sb)my 5100's are at .85 with tsb 4 leaf rear spring pack...my tires are terra grapplers and after about 8,000 miles on this set-up i'd have to say that i'm satisfied with it...yeah...the bigger tires would have been great, but i'm logging 17 plus mpg on my daily driver(city-hwy mixed)so..i'll never worry about rubbing, alignment is perfect and with the offset and .5" extra rim width,it gives me the look i want with no drawbacks...just sayin...
