    A lot of crap and too much money spent
    first thing I did to my truck was in channel vent visors. Let's see a pic of the rig and we can give some ideas.

    if its a 6 lug, look for used toyota nissan or chevy wheels. If 5 lug, look for toyota car rims or jeep wheels. some other brands also have wheels that fit. I got jeep wheels with new tires of craigslist for just over 100 bucks. decide how much you want to spend and then then research.
