No pics or videos, but I'm gonna make another one after I workout, so I'll put up a pic later today. It was good though...I could drink it through a straw, so not too thick. I'm gonna mess around with it some more and make it perfect

This, for my case, it was better to keep moving, my back injury recovered pretty fast.

That's an option, but I've started getting off the Serious Mass 1. b/c of the price and 2. so I can make a more healthy, natural mass-gainer. I'm not saying 100% pure malodextrin is bad, but it's not as healthy as oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, and other grains, just b/c they have so many other added benefits (vitamins, minerals, etc.) Wouldn't hurt to try it out though, esp. how cheap it is. I might give it a whirl

We went to Vegas this August, too. We stayed at the Hard Rock and went to that Rehab pool thing in the hotel. It was like some shit off tv. Girls in thongs and dudes steroided the f**k out. I felt like a little bitch haha. So this year, we're going back to the basics...Florida...where I'm the biggest guy on the beach haha

How long do you guys cut for. I am getting ready to deploy again where I am gonna do nothing but lift and eat right. So I figured I would bulk the majority of the time than cut the last month or two

I do a cut for about 3 months from Jan/Feb through April. If I did it serious, it would take about 2 months to get down to 8-9% bf, but I cheat a lot, so it takes longer lol

Before I tell you, I'm going to explain so I don't sound like a total fatass haha. After I cut, I am about 9% and stay at 8-10% all summer at around 185-190 lbs. As soon as summer is over, I start bulking like a mo-fo...3000-4000 calories a day, which is mostly clean, except on college football Saturday's, haha. I bulk until about 3 months before beach season and get up to around 210-215 and about 15-18% bf. It doesn't sound like much, but 15% bf makes all the veins go away, there's no definition in the muscles, especially in the chest and arms, my 6 pack goes to about a 2 pack, and my pants size goes from 32 to 34. BUTTTT, it's all worth it in the end b/c I put on about 5-10 solid lbs of muscle a year doing this. It's just covered up by a thin layer of fat in the winter lol.

This may be bad, but I don't care what I look like in the winter b/c the only person that ever sees me shirtless is my g/f and as long as I'm not above 20%, she's happy
