Got this grill of eBay for 90 bucks it has a removable center for painting. I wasn't sure about going with one with no triangles but I think it looks pretty good.

Do you have a link? Do they sell color matched or some with triangles? I like the look of the center.

Thanks for the link. I like the looks of that grill. Been mulling over color matching my chrome; but thinking I'll go this direction and color match the replacement instead. Thanks for sharing.

Another question for you OP. From the pics, it looks like there is room behind the grill for lights if one wanted to go that direction. Can you confirm? Thanks again.

Yes it's has lots of room. I think its gives you a little more room than say a factory grill.

Tip if you get this grill buy some good high temp black paint and paint the sides of the radiator the silver stand right out through the grill.

The quality seems pretty good. The fit is good I kind if expected big gaps and stuff but it fit just as good as the factory one.

Yes the center is held in by screws that's the whole reason I got it. I gave up on my satoshi that I started never seemed to have the time I planned on filling in the triangle on it. Then I came across this grill a said screw it it's pretty much like the one I was making.

So what was involved with mounting this grille? Fairly easy installation, or lots of little fiddly things?
And, by the way, what is Satoshi?

It's simple remove 2 bolts on the top and 2 push clips and there are 2 small clips on the bottom on the inside takes about 5 mins to swap grills. A Satoshi is just a grill (usually factory) that the center section is cut out and customized with mesh done right they look great. Search Homertaco he builds some great grills.
