We already own a '00 4-Runner SR5, and the toughness and reliability of "Silver" has made me a Toyota fan for life. Unfortunately my hubby wasn't as much of a fan as me, and after buying a Dodge Ram 4wd, and then trading that off (without telling me) for a '12 Ford Edge that was a piece of junk, I put my foot down, and said only Toyotas from now on. So I'm now the very proud owner of my first Taco, a 2014 PreRunner TRD! It's that gorgeous graphite grey, so it's been christened the Permian Shark.

Soooo, now that I have a Taco, I'm looking for advice and info. And sharing experiences. It won't be a pampered city truck, since we live in the country it's gonna be seeing lots of red dirt roads, cattle guards, and mud. Tough conditions, that the Ford Edge could NOT handle, but my Taco will love it. :)

A little about myself, I'm into photography, nature, herping, paleontology, birding, and camping. One of my first purchases for the Taco will be a truck bed tent. :) That's me, so hello forum!
