NFL Fantasy Help!

I have to fill my flex position and have James Starks or Ben Tate.

With Rogers out, GB's probably going to be running a lot more. However, Starks is backup to Lacy and won't get as many touches as Tate who will be the starter assuming Foster is sitll out... However, Arizona has been destroying RB's as of late and Tate also isn't 100% healthy with his ribs.

Who would you guys start?

All I know about Fantasy football is from the League. Tate is the better player, in my opinion. I think the Texans will have more opportunities to run the ball because AZ isn't likely going to go up 20 points or so.
