    Just removed this yesterday. Perfect and in working condition. Comes with everything that came with the kit. Works on 2005-2011 Tacoma. Easy install, plug and play. If you need more info http://usaspec.com/product.php?ProductID=17 Brand new it'll cost you 110$ plus.

    Just a heads up, those that have an iphone with lightning cable, they can buy this adapter and the usa spec will also work with lightning connector iphones.
