Paint center caps on 00 Tacoma Alloy Wheels?

Thought I could search and find the answer quickly on here. No luck.

Like most older Tacomas, my center caps on my alloys are looking crapppppy.

Would rather not pay top dollar to replace with OEM and the others sound really cheap too.

Anybody painted them with a good color match rattle can?

Otherwise I guess I WTB a set of four from somebody that still has decent looking caps.

Paint 'em. Sand them a bit with fine grit, clean, and apply 3-4 coats of a quality spray. I can't recommend a color match, I painted mine black.

 

I plasti diped mine, haha kind of stupid, but it worked.. Has been on for forever and haven't faded or chipped. They looks really good.

 

I tried to color match. Its pretty close.

I filled the toyota symbol in with black, and sprayed it with clear coat several times
