I am running the 6" Fabtech lift with 20x12 fuel hostages with 33x12.5 toyos.. Question for those running a similar setup is what kind of gas mileage are you guys getting? I got 240 miles on my last fill up. I knew mileage was gonna go down but not that bad.

Not a similar lift, but 3" lift with 32" MTZs getting about 13 mpg in Oahu traffic. At least we downgraded to 3rd worst traffic in the nation...
All town driving and the occasional trip over tha Pali and Likelike, hardly any freeway cruising.

That's not bad at all, Considering how heavy the wheels and tires are! Also Don't forget that your truck isn't aerodynamic at all, even worse with the lift. Toyos are heavy tires, even for a MT. Since you are prerunner, you only have one alxe to re-gear, that would be your best bet to gain some mileage back.

Yea I was thinking about doing gearing, exhaust and intake and see how much that helps out. Thanks.

Gearing would be the first I would take care of. When I go back to 33's I plan on it as well.

    Couple things OP...

You never provided your calculated gas mileage or how many gallons on your last fill-up for a comparison.

Your 240 miles is this from the odometer or did you adjust for the larger tire size? If you went from 265/65R17 to 318/72R20 then 240 miles is ≈300 miles.

Tire size calculator for your information. But all that extra weight and size would definitely kill your mpg's.
